It seems Jake Gyllenhaal may be adding another project to his impressive CV, after reports suggest that he is set to produce and star in THE DIVISION movie for Ubisoft.
Gyllenhaal has already starred in a video game film adaptation – PRINCE OF PERSIA: THE SANDS OF TIME and according to Variety, he may be preparing to star in another one.
It seems as though the actor, who is currently working on STRONGER a movie about the Boston marathon bombing, will be on producer duties and could also star in the film –Â however, there is no screen writer attached to the project to pen the script just yet for the adaptation.

It is no surprise to see more video-game-come-movie adaptations after the release of WARCRAFT: THE BEGINNING this week starring Travis Fimmel and with the release of ASSASSIN’S CREED later this year starring Michael Fassbender.Â
