Tom Hardy is definitely a man about town at the moment – he’s all over the place this year! (Not that we’re complaining). We can now see the man behind the upcoming MAD MAX: FURY ROAD movie in a very different role – in fact, make that two different roles.
We finally get to see Hardy in action in the first teaser trailer for the highly anticipated crime thriller LEGEND where he has taken on both of the roles of the notorious Reggie and Ron Kray. This is the first time footage has been seen of Hardy playing opposite himself as London’s most infamous gangster duo who ruled the capital in the 1960s.
The film co-stars Emily Browning (SUCKER PUNCH), David Thewlis (THE THEORY OF EVERYTHING, the HARRY POTTER SERIES), Christopher Eccleston (THOR: THE DARK WORLD) and Taron Egerton (KINGSMAN: THE SECRET SERVICE).
It’s the latest film from writer-director Brian Helgeland, who won an Oscar in 1998 for exploring similarly dark, stylish territory with the script for L.A. CONFIDENTIAL.Â
