He is the co-director of the latest movie, but Galen has been working on the movies since the very first one burst onto our screens as enthusiastically as Scrat in pursuit of his acorn. He has moved up the ranks from animator to supervisor animator and finally to co-director.
Having worked on the films for so long, who better to speak to about ICE AGE: COLLISION COURSE than the man himself? Galen sat down with Film and TV Now for an interview with us to talk about the latest movie and gush over its brilliance – and trust us, it really is! Scrat’s epic pursuit of the elusive acorn catapults him into the universe where he accidentally sets off a series of cosmic events that transform and threaten the Ice Age World. To save themselves, Sid, Manny, Diego, and the rest of the herd must leave their home and embark on a quest full of comedy and adventure, travelling to exotic new lands and encountering a host of colourful new characters.
From Producer Lori Forte and Directors Mike Thurmeier and Galen Chu, ICE AGE: COLLISION COURSE will be opening in cinemas 2016 and stars returning cast members Ray Romano, John Leguizamo, Denis Leary, Seann William Scott, Josh Peck, Simon Pegg, Keke Palmer, Wanda Sykes with Jennifer Lopez and Queen Latifah.
Joining the herd are Stephanie Beatriz, Adam Devine, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Max Greenfield, Jessie J, Nick Offerman, Melissa Rauch, Michael Strahan, Neil deGrasse Tyson.
