Universal Pictures has released the first poster for THE SNOWMAN, the terrifying new thriller based on the global bestselling book by Jo Nesbø. Take a look at the elusive new poster above.

The poster is certainly an eye-catching one with the shape of a snowman created on the snow-covered ground with blood – perfectly off-setting the premise of the film. The best thing is, we don’t have long to wait to see it either!
When an elite crime squad’s lead detective (Fassbender) investigates the disappearance of a victim on the first snow of winter, he fears an elusive serial killer may be active again. With the help of a brilliant recruit (Ferguson), the cop must connect decades-old cold cases to the brutal new one if he hopes to outwit this unthinkable evil before the next snowfall.
