Now it looks as if Tatum is going to give directing a go with book adaptation, Forgive Me Leonard Peacock. Written by Matthew Quick, who brought us the brilliant SILVER LININGS PLAYBOOK, FORGIVE ME LEONARD PEACOCK tells the dark story of a troubled teenager who plans to kill both himself and his best friend.Â
Tatum is set to co-direct the feature with his MAGIC MIKE writer and production partner, Reid Carolin. As well as that, Tatum may play a part in the film itself also…Â
This could be a brilliant move for Tatum as he’s raining well deserved, positive feedback for his latest work. With some big movies coming up also (HAIL, CAESAR!, GAMBIT), Tatum is definitely man of the hour.
