Me Before You

Brendan Coyle and Matthew Lewis are to appear together on the big screen in romantic comedy ME BEFORE YOU.

Coyle, largely known for his role in DOWNTON ABBEY will star alongside former HARRY POTTER actor Lewis in the upcoming film. The movie already has Sam Claflin and Emilia Clarke on board the movie adaptation of Jojo Moyes‘s novel.

Samantha Spiro (FROM HELL), Vanessa Kirby (JUPITER ASCENDING) and Ben Lloyd-Hughes (DIVERGENT) will also appear in the project.

Clarke will play a waitress named Lou, a girl from a small town who is caught between dead-end jobs, where she meets Will (Claflin), who is confined to a wheelchair after a motorbike accident.

After Lou loses her job, she is hired as a caretaker for the depressed Will and soon becomes determined to show him that life is worth living.

Thea Sharrock is in the director’s seat for this one and the cast is rather large and impressive as DOCTOR WHO’s Jenna Coleman, Charles Dance, Stephen Peacocke and Janet McTeer have also signed on for the project.

Scott Neustadter and Michael H Weber have penned the script for mE BEFORE YOU and as of yet, no release date has been revealed.
