Watch Brand New ‘The Grandmaster’ Trailer

A brand new trailer for martial arts masterpiece, THE GRANDMASTER, is out and ready to watch.

Directed by Kar Wai Wong (MY BLUEBERRY NIGHTS, IN THE MOOD FOR LOVE), The Grandmaster tells the action packed story of Ip Man, the martial arts genius that trained Bruce Lee. 

Tony Chiu Wai Leung stars are Ip Man (HERO) as himself, with fantastic performances from Cung Le (TEKKEN) and the beautiful Ziyi Zhang (CROUCHING TIGER HIDDEN DRAGON, HERO, HOUSE OF FLYING DAGGERS). 

The martial arts in the trailer look truly amazing. Complex choreography mixed with raw talent will no doubt astound the audience. 

True to Kar Wai Wong’s signature style, the general visuals within the trailer are stunning with the kind of detail you’d find within a big blockbuster, not a martial arts movie.

THE GRANDMASTER hits UK cinemas December 5th.
