Having called the shots on HOT FUZZ, SHAUN OF THE DEAD, THE WORLD’S END and many more, Edgar Wright is back once again in the director’s chair for BABY DRIVER.
The film boasts a super cast, which includes Ansel Elgort (The Fault in Our Stars, Divergent) as Baby, Kevin Spacey (The Usual Suspects) as Doc, Jon Hamm (Mad Men, The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt) as Buddy, Lily James (Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, Cinderella) as Deborah, Eiza Gonzalez (Jem and the Holograms, From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series) as Darling, Jon Bernthal (Marvel’s Daredevil, The Walking Dead) as Griff, and Jamie Foxx (Django Unchained, The Amazing Spider-Man 2) as Bats.
Here is the official synopsis for the movie: A talented, young getaway driver (Ansel Elgort) relies on the beat of his personal soundtrack to be the best in the game. When he meets the girl of his dreams (Lily James), Baby sees a chance to ditch his criminal life and make a clean getaway. But after being coerced into working for a crime boss (Kevin Spacey), he must face the music when a doomed heist threatens his life, love and freedom.
